Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of aycf.app, an independent flight availability search tool operated under United Kingdom jurisdiction. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using aycf.app you accept these Terms in full. We may change these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days notice by email (if you have an account) and via a banner on the site. Your continued use of the service after the notice period means you accept the change. If you do not, stop using the service and delete your account.
2. Description of service
aycf.app surfaces flight availability that Wizz Air publishes in its public daily PDF for the All You Can Fly programme. We do not book flights, hold seats, accept payment for flights, or interact with your Wizz Air account in any way. When you find a route you want, you click through to wizzair.com and complete the booking yourself, using your own Wizz Air AYCF subscription.
Wizz Air publishes a new PDF roughly once per day around 07:00 CET. The routes you see reflect the most recent successful refresh, which can be hours old. Availability shown here is not a guarantee that a seat is actually bookable when you reach Wizz: the live booking system depends on your AYCF subscription status and on Wizz's own seat-allocation rules. We make no warranty of accuracy.
Clicking Book on Wizz on a result opens wizzair.com with your search prefilled. We do not see your booking, do not store any Wizz credentials, and do not act on your behalf. The site is currently in public testing; results may be incomplete until the build is finished.
3. Wizz Air non-affiliation
This site is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. or any of its subsidiaries. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Flight availability data is sourced from Wizz Air's publicly published daily PDF at multipass.wizzair.com. Booking is completed on wizzair.com directly. We never see or store your Wizz Air credentials.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use aycf.app, or at least 16 with verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. You must hold your own valid Wizz Air All You Can Fly subscription to actually book any flight you discover here. We do not provide, resell, or lend AYCF subscriptions.
5. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your aycf.app account credentials secure. Specifically:
- One account per person. Do not share accounts.
- Choose a strong, unique password (we enforce a minimum of 12 characters).
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us at [email protected] immediately.
6. User obligations
When you use aycf.app, you agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise programmatically access the site without our prior written permission.
- Probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities outside of a coordinated disclosure programme. If you find a security issue, please email [email protected] and give us a reasonable time to fix it.
- Exceed reasonable use. Rate limits apply to all endpoints; abusing them can result in temporary or permanent suspension.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise the access you receive. The service is for personal use.
- Use the service in any way that violates the law in your jurisdiction or ours.
7. No warranty and disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, about availability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement. Wizz Air can change flight availability and pricing at any time without notice. What we display may differ from what is actually bookable on wizzair.com when you click through. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information shown on aycf.app.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of:
- GBP 100, or
- the total amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim (which is zero while the service is free).
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the aycf.app site, its code, design, copy, and database structure belongs to us or to our licensors. The Wizz Air name, the All You Can Fly product name, and any related trademarks belong to Wizz Air Hungary Ltd. or its affiliates and are used here nominatively only. If you submit content to us (feedback, bug reports, suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use it to operate and improve the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you breach these Terms, abuse the service, or if we are required to do so by law. We will try to give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure where it is practical to do so. You may terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account from your account settings page. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (liability, intellectual property, governing law, dispute resolution) continue in force.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, you and we agree that the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim. Nothing in this section affects your rights as a consumer to rely on the mandatory laws of the country in which you live.
12. Dispute resolution
Before starting any formal legal proceeding, we both agree to try to resolve the dispute informally. Email [email protected] with a clear description of the issue, what you want, and your contact details. We will respond within a reasonable time and try to resolve the matter in good faith. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your email, either of us may start formal proceedings.
